Found: one kitty!

So as nature would dictate, we finally found our kitty, after my husband called the local animal shelter and we printed out signs and mounted them on stakes and walked the neighborhood posting them. We even went to the KB office and had one posted in their window.
Well... on the way home, guess who we found? Yep... silly kitty was only a few houses away! I am guessing he was there the whole time too.
Now I can sleep :)
